1. Eligibility for Refunds
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for processing the refund.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Used or damaged products

Opened food or consumable products (if applicable)

3. Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@aventuraoutdoors.in with your order details and reason for return.

After we verify your request, you’ll receive instructions for return pickup or shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other cases, the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or product defects. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
